FamaLaser III. VHT-507/DVR-G introduction

The FamaLaser III. uses invisible infrared laser beam for long distance, quick and accurate pinpoint-aimed measurement, and still video recording for the unambiguous identification of the vehicle.
The FamaLaser III. can be placed and operated on a pod into the car, or on a tripod.
The optical sighting is very suitable for the quick selection of the target vehicle, because it has no magnification.
FamaLaser III. offers a versatile use according to the given traffic situation. Both manual measurements and automated measurements triggered by the laser system can be made.
The FamaLaser III. has been designed for performing measurements from both standing position and travelling (with GPS satellite system) patrol vehicle.
The aiming by the monitor provides an additional advantage: the picture on the operator's screen is the same as that being recorded. This feature permits recording of other traffic violations, too, e.g. passing the road cordon line.

The FamaLaser III. records on a SD memory card all data: year, month, day, hour, minute, second, aiming circle, momentary speed of the target vehicle, momentary speed of the patrol vehicle, measuring distance, preset speed, identification of the instrument, diameter of the laser beam at the measuring distance, measuring mode, position data of the GPS system, the number of active satellites, the visual circumstances of the traffic offence, including also the target car's registration plate with good legibility.
